In this technology world, every computer user have his own perdrive.The pendrive uses to store important files or transfer any type of data from one computer to another.But you can put everything in it.
Pendrive can also use for installing Windows.But here we will use it for increasing PC performance.So today i’m going to show you how to use pendrive as RAM in Windows.RAM plays very important role for PC performance.
How to use pendrive as RAM in Windows:
Before using pendrive as ram, make sure that your have at least 4GB free space in your pendrive.But i recommend you to use a pendrive which have free storage capacity of 8GB to perform this task.So let’s start.Just follow the below steps to do that.
Step 1:Take an 4Gb or 8GB Pendrive and insert it into your Computer.
Step 2:Take a backup of that data which is in your pendrive.Because it’s good to format your Pendrive.
Step 3:Go to Computer and right click on pendrive and click on properties.
Step 4:Now click on readyboost btab.Clicking on Readyboost tab you will see something like below:
Step 5:
Now click on Use this device.Now select the number of MBs you want to use.Now just click on apply.Step 6:
After completing 5th step you will see “Readyboost is Configuring your Cache”.To turn off ReadyBoost:
Select Do not use this device.Click on OK.
